چکیده

The paper is devoted to the numerical study of two-dimensional convective motion a viscoplastic fluid in closed region under lateral heating. problem solved numerically using ANSYS Fluent software. Bulkeley-Herschel model describing behavior was chosen as non-Newtonian model. Under certain rheological parameters, this reduced Newtonian model, which also investigated limit case. Based on results calculations, dependence maximum value stream function cavity Rayleigh number plotted and evolution unyielded zones with an increase traced. threshold number, at sharp growth flow intensity observed, has been determined. calculated for Bulkley-Herschel liquid found be very close Bingham arises, obtained analytically.
